Greek Chicken

For us, the simplistic recipes, rich with flavor, tend to win our hearts over and over again! This Greek Chicken recipe is quick, easy, and flavorful.

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes


8 chicken drumsticks (take skin off)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp rosemary

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp thyme

1 tbsp of lemon juice


Place the drumsticks into a container and coat with olive oil and all other ingredients. Cover and marinate for at 4 hours in a refrigerator.

Set your grill to 400-450 degrees. Brush grates with olive oil to ensure non-stick surface. Place drumsticks onto the grill and close the lid. Grill for 10-12 minutes per side for a total of 20-24 minutes depending on the thickness of your drumsticks. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove from grill and let sit for approximately 5 minutes to let juices settle back into chicken.

Serve with mashed potatoes or a side of veggies!!
